Sam was born and raised in Hong Kong to English parents, growing up with the unique opportunity to blend the best of Eastern and Western cultures. This early exposure to diverse beliefs and practices shaped an open-minded approach to life, always seeking wisdom from different traditions.
A deep appreciation for holistic well-being was sparked early onā€”first by a mother who embraced essential oils, Reiki, tarot, Chinese Medicine, and preventative wellness, and then by a grandmother fascinated with astrology and Jungian psychology. This foundation led to a lifelong passion for exploring the mind, body, and spirit.
An adventurer of both the inner and outer worlds, Sam has spent years studying and practicing a wide range of disciplines, from neuroscience, NLP, and psychology to energy healing, breathwork, and trauma work. This journey has taken her across the world, including time spent training Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu in China. Whether diving into astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, or martial arts, the pursuit of self-discovery, healing and transformation is at the heart of it all.
At the core of her philosophy is the belief that there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to life. It is in our honouring of our differences and uniqueness that we form unity. True connection and change happen when people embrace their individuality with authenticity and understanding. By doing so, we not only deepen our relationships but also create space for the honest conversations needed to bring about meaningful change in the world.
